Artist in Residence Program
We provide one to three dancers to work directly in classrooms with students and teachers. Offered in 45 minute sessions.

Master Classes & Workshops
A variety of special dance classes are available for the public. These master classes taught by artistic staff and company dancers can be geared for students of any age. Classes are conducted locally or in conjunction with dance performances on tour.
Age 14-30
At Risk Educational Programs
Programs designed to involve at risk persons in our programs. We provide free tickets, some internships, mentoring in self-esteem reclamation and other efforts to improve the lives of at risk individuals. Programs are customized to the organizations needs.
Touring
Idaho Dance Theatre has achieved an outstanding reputation as a Touring Company. Our future plans call for a continuation of our philosophy to “bring contemporary dance to every corner of the state/region”. Our company has performed throughout Idaho in a wide variety of venues. Because we are portable, we are afforded
the opportunity to perform in non-traditional spaces. Our two successful NEA tours were just the beginning of a mission to bring contemporary dance to folks who can’t get to Boise to see a show. It’s certainly a great way to share our contemporary dance with everyone in the Northwest.
